"Great experience"
Well it's a 3 star hotel, you cannot expect for 5 star or something else. I mean u came to Rome to visit this wonderful city not to stay in the hotel. You have wifi downstairs not in room, you have a bed to sleep and like any other hotel for me, bring your flip flop for the bathrooms ( you never know.. not even at 5 star).
"A large, quiet room and an extremely helpful staff."
We got a large room on the second floor, with a large bathroom, and a door to a roof terrace. The room was clean and quiet, away from the street. What most impressed us was the staff, who went far out of their way to help us with an airline problem. The staff at the front desk spent almost an hour on the computer and on the phone (no charges to us) getting hold of the airline for us
